Shipping Policy

At PAWS & PULSE, we partner with global manufacturers and suppliers to bring you high-quality pet products at competitive prices. This means your order is shipped directly from overseas fulfillment hubs.

1. Processing Times
All orders are compiled and sent to our fulfillment centers within 1–3 business days. You will receive an automated email containing your tracking link as soon as your package ships out.

2. Shipping Estimates
• United States / United Kingdom / Europe: 7–15 business days
• Canada / Australia / New Zealand: 10–20 business days
• Rest of the World: 15–30 business days
Please note that these are estimates. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, postal backlogs, or holiday seasons.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please note that packages are dispatched duties unpaid. PAWS & PULSE is not liable for any customs fees, import taxes, or local VAT applied by your country's customs border agency. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Multiple Packages
If you order different items in a single transaction, they may be sourced from separate specialty suppliers. As a result, your products might arrive in separate packages at slightly different times.
